[Debconf-team] Money
As we now know the venue, it would be good if the local team
(preferably in cooperation with others) can prepare the proper budget
information in a clear way to share with Debian money people outside
DebConf.

Has the DebConf11 earmark ever been successfully closed? (This was
meant to happen as early as possible even if there were a few
transactions left to carry out.)
Is a DebConf12 earmark open yet?
