[Debconf-team] Hotels

Hi,

Just to give you some more info on the hotels:

- People can start getting keys to their rooms on they arrival day at 12:00 PM.
- Breakfast will be included on the last day (departure day),
including July 31st.
- On the 17th, there's probably not going to be a lunch in the hotel,
as it will be hard to produce a number of people that would be eating
(everyone arrives at a different time, etc.)
- Dinner will be served on the 17th :)
