Public transportation is a no-no.

An update on this:

IRTRAMMA, Managua's Public Transport Regulatory Agency, has purchased 35 buses�equipped with wheelchair lifts from the Mexican automotive company DINA, S.A. The new buses will begin servicing Managua next month. We're going to establish contacts with the cooperatives that owns these buses to see if we can rent one for Debconf.
