Who is dealing with food? Are there sample menus, so we can check that the vegetarian/vegan options are appropriate? Also, we normally cancel the normal lunch on the day trip day -- most people will go on the day trip, so it doesn't make sense to pay for food for everyone in the hotel that will be wasted! -- Moray
