[Debconf-team] [DC12 and later] Sponsorship promises

We seem to be collecting additional sponsorship promises over the
years.  In particular here, I'm thinking of separate specific promises
about bags and banners, that tend to generate extra last-minute
required work in the busy period just before DebConf: could those be
merged back into a more general point, outside the table of benefits,
without specific promises made?

Do the sponsorship team people think that there's been a practical use
in having these listed, for separate levels -- i.e. have sponsors
moved up a level to reach them, that makes this worthwhile?

Are there other items in the table that have been especially useful or
not useful?
