Who ever said Mtel is sponsor for our internet?

I know this need to be done, by I haven't got to contact them but I'm
planning to do that before getting to Banja Luka.

Yea, I think it's going to be a same procedure as if Mtel was doing
it. I don't wanna call local team useless (I'm close tho) but who is
eligible for this kind of job? I don't know how feasible this option
is, they tend to know very little details about things, I mean how
many of them even know which rooms are even going to be used in Banski
Dvors?
