Some more things I just thought of:

- Internet uplink

  Do we have to pay for the Internet connection at the venue, or is it
  free provided by a sponsor?

- Local sponsor

  I heard that a local sponsor should contribute 25.000km to DebConf.
  Is this intended to be paid to DIVA, and then it can be added to our
  general budget?  Has this money been received yet?
