Can you elaborate?

Are you reserving by room?  by person?  Will you tell us what rooms
you reserve (what types in what hotels, and where they are, if
possible), so that we can assign rooms?

Also, what will the procedure be for changes?  We may already have
some to make.

Finally, someone just asked me about global people arriving early.  If
we add them to the room assignment list, can that be handled
transparently, or should they make special arrangements?
