[Debconf-team] Closing penta to accom changes

Hi (gunnar),

It is now time to make these changes to penta:

- No one can select "Regular Room" any more

- No one can change dates any more.  (In the past, this was just done
via a javascript mechanism), I think.

Either way, we have a script running that will detect anyone who
manages to break the validation.
