Leandro and Valessio,

Hi Adnan,

I don't know who of you two will do this Ad, but whoever it is please
to finish it ASAP.

I'm not an expert in Synfig (still learning), but I can do my best to finish it ASAP. I guess I could also do a frame-by-frame animation in Inkscape, but it wouldn't be 'edit-friendly'.

I wrote a whole "screenplay" and this is how I was thinking of having
it done: http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf11/TVAd

My comments on the script:

1. IMO there's too much going on for a 10 second ad. Just reading half of the cities would take up the whole time. I suggest we scrap Part 1.

2. Part 2: The animation you suggest would take too much time; at least 3 seconds per keyword (so that it don't move too fast and can be read properly). I would go with something simple like this:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21510751/test.mov

3. Part 3: Again, it can be done simpler. I would suggest a fade in with the logo and accompanying text.

4. As for the music; I'm not a musician, maybe someone can help with this?
