[Debconf-team] [OT] DebianArt.org + DebConf11

The project DebianArt.org seeking to encourage the production of
graphic elements for the Debian project and involve more artists.

Created a campaign[1] that seeks new talent for illustrating
characters[2] Debian.

The proposal also involves the dissemination of DebConf11, and a poll
will be availablethroughout the event period prescribed to choose the
three best characters.
