Just updating the thread for those not following IRC: The pricing we
can get in Bosnia seems quite competitive - And yes, printing in
Mexico has been done four times (for Oaxtepec, Edinburgh, Cáceres and
New York) because the price for local-printing was close to double of
the price of printing in Mexico, shipping included. But if Bosnia is
cheaper, we print there. And the team seems to have contact with a
workshop able to print very attractive, full-area shirt (i.e. not just
a ~A4-sized surface on it).

However, we _must_ check and get _IN_WRITING_ a quote, expressing what
does the cost they mentioned (~€3 per shirt IIRC) cover: What
kind/weight/quality of shirts, how many inks in each, etc.

We might have to flatten the five-color logo to a three-color one, for
costs saving - That's usually done. Or we can take the shirt's
background color as one of the colors (but that could mean extra
silk-screens are needed for the printing process, as we print shirts
in several colors). Anyway, points for checking with the provider :)
