List, I have a question. Can I update my dates in the registration site 
of Debconf?. The registration is open to Debconf 11 in Bosnia and 
Herzegovina?. And I need an invitation letter for this year to look for 
founds in my country, where I have to send the email to recive the 
letter??.

Please help, I'm Venezuelan and I want to attend this year! :). Greetings.

We are working in get a better option of place for the conference, but I think
we can make it until this date, so these are good to me.
