We have a meeting coming up today, Feb 8th at 20:00 UTC .  Right now
our agenda is rather sparse:

I can think of several other things to talk about:
 - Local team updates (learn what their plans are)
 - venue selection process / delegation discussion?
 - Final report (hopefully I will have finished the last two articles
   by then)
