I confirm that I'm subscribed to this list, since a few days ago. (FWIW I'm subscribed as zack@d.o, but I hope the leader@d.o address can remain white-listed, so that future DPLs will be able to bother this list participants as well *g*.) Thanks for the minutes Pablo and, while we are at it, also for the BoF! > The question is of course how to follow on from here. Ideas? (maybe > discussing this in -project?) IMHO the road ahead is something like: - reach an agreement inside debconf-team on sponsoring guidelines (this will probably be the longest part; I would be happy to participate in the discussion) - *document those guidelines* on the debconf wiki and point at them from penta, for the next round of sponsoring (this is the most important part for the rest of the community) - announce the guidelines on d-d-a At that point, if people disagree with the guidelines, they will be free to re-discuss the issue at large on -project and/or try to override the taken decision (assuming in the meantime we will have clarified debconf/debian relationship which, as we now, is the other big topic ahead of us).
