M would seem to allow most time for both lunch + dinner then, at the
cost of having a rather lengthy afternoon session with no break.

(I'm not strongly wedded to anything, it was just your comment that no
one who was against a 9am start had commented. My experience is DebConf
is more prone to continuing late into the evening than starting early in
the morning, but that may just be an artifact of the company I end up
keeping there.)
