[Debconf-team] [videoteam] signup and readup

For those who are interested in helping the videoteam, please take a
look at the videoteam wiki pages:

I've made a small start on this year's information at:

Much of the missing stuff will follow a similar structure to pages from
DebConf9/Videoteam. I'll try to get most of that cleaned up in the next
weeks unless someone beats me to it.

Most importantly, please add yourself to the list of team members on the
