[Debconf-team] Not able to attend debcamp/debconf

Hi,

unfortunately, I did not pass one exam of those I did in beginnig of
June and whose results just came in. This means that I have to retake
all exams again in August and therefore I'm not able to attend debcamp
and debconf at all, instead have to spend the time studying.

I'm sorry about the inconvenience and thank you for the understanding.
