[Debconf-team] Local sponsors questions for the budget team

Hi Localteam (etc...),

I was wondering if I could get an update on local sponsors, mainly
regarding which will pay directly for things...

So, I was wondering which of our expenses will be covered directly by
sponsors.  Then, I can be sure that we transfer enough from SPI to
FFIS to be sure that we can meet our obligations...

I know things have been mentioned on the list, but I want to be sure,
since it has gotten pretty confusing lately.

Can you all reply on-list now, and then maybe I can ask some more
questions at the localteam meeting tomorrow?

You can reply straight to me if specific sponsor information shouldn't
go to the list...
