If this was a bug in penta, it certainly wouldn't be the first. (and
I'm counting as "doing unexpected things" as bugs.)
Sometime around last weekend, I thought there would be a party to fix
up all of these things. I don't know how that turned out, I excused
myself from it because I didn't have all information, or ability, to
change anything. However, if you didn't know about this until now, we
didn't know to fix it.
This was a fairly common problem (people being set to NHI). You need
to talk with Jonathan (rooms@debconf.org) to sort this out, or maybe
someone else here knows when things have been changed. If you are on
the room assignment list, that's probably a good sign. Can others on
-team say what the outcome from that fixing-up weekend was?
