Sore. I do not insist on the sponsoring wording it was just a
quick shot I've got in my mind. If anybody finds a more apropriate
wording I'm fine with this - but this official / unofficial wording
just sucks and I'm bored to explain it over and over to people.
We just need a wording which does not need any extra explanation.

IMHO (pre-)scheduled is not much better because we also schedule
these currently "unofficial" events.
