There is an acount joey.scheduler@googlemail.com which has permissions
to change all three rooms (= calendars). If you are interested to

Group photo is currently scheduled at 28.7. 13:00 - 14:00. I wonder
whether taking a photo might be possible in the afternoon break (to
not consume a full time slot where no competing events hould happen)
or whether it is really a time you do not want to go outside at all.
