I would suggest waiting until after the reconfirmation deadline.According to http://munin.debconf.org/debconf.org/skinner.debconf.org-penta_attendee.html there are currently 177 confirmed attendees (and not all of those want sponsored accommodation), so I don't think it makes sense to book extra rooms today.
