[Debconf-team] Result of the DebConf10 meeting yesterday

As it was already mentioned someother place, yesterday evening, after
three and a half hours of debate, it was decided that DebConf10 is to
be held in New York City, USA.

The other bids, Boston, USA and Quito, Ecuador, were also great
proposals, and thus it was very difficult to come to the final
decision.

We thank everybody for the work put on their bids, which was a lot,
and welcome the New York City team to a lot more work :).
