I'm aware of that, but it's likely to be an opportunistic officer rather
than a systematic requirement. Of course, the airline will probably give
you information based on the rate of actual cases.
My intention wasn't to point to Argentina or Brazil for requesting the
shot (BTW, I didn't bring my yellow fever certificate with me and wasn't
asked for it) but to put down the general impression that there will
always be someone with a reason to refuse to go to a DebConf.
