[Debconf-team] About proposals for DebConf10

Hola,

Even I agree it is important go through a checklist with a lot of points 
to choose a good venue, and some points in the case of USA can be a huge 
problem, I feel some people is being too critic against currnte proposals 
before even allow the people fully prepare their bid and listen all that
the people wanting to host us have to tell us.
Organize a DebConf is a *huge* task and we should not discourage in this way
to people willing to do this.
