my ca-certificate is 20080617 and this version is the latest in 
lenny and sid

moreover, the certificate file
/usr/share/ca-certificates/spi-inc.org/spi-cacert-2008.crt
is alreaduy installed in iceweasel ( I tried to reimport it, 
and iceweasel replied "the certificate is already installed")

but still iceweasel does not accept that SSL connection

so I am a bit surprised
