We are dealing with this in two ways. The first is to sell on beds, as
per Maulkin's mail. There was a blog post and a mass mailing, and the
current state and starting state can be viewed in graph form at
http://www.lupin.org.uk/debconf/NSH/selling.txt .
The second way is to reduce, or swap, the booking around to make it
fit. I'm going to see about that after people have had a good length
of time to respond, since the mass mailing was this morning.
