Web accessibility problems
The web site at www.debconf.org is rather difficult to read because
it sometimes fails to ensure sufficient contrast between its
foreground and background colours. Try setting your browser to
white-on-black default colours and the problem should be obvious.
Possible reasons are in the "Warnings" section of
