I'd say there is four classes:
  * Organisors
  * Volunteers
  * Registered participants
  * Nonregistered participants

This last group should not be allowed in the dormitories. IMHO each
class should have a different colour paper for their name tag (e.g.
light-blue, yellow, light-green, light-grey). That would make it easy
for everybody to recognise eachother and kick those out of the
dormitories within the last class.
