I'm using CSV export to export the sponsorship data [1], and if someone uses " in one of the text fields, this is exported unescaped, which breaks e.g. gnumeric and localc

So if I write under  "Contribution to Debian"

   I am a "super" package maintainer

I get as CSV export

"I am a "super" package maintainer"

[1]: I'm not 100% certain it's a good idea to list the URL here, but
     cate knows, or I can add it later.
