Applications for infra team sponsorship

Dear all,

the bursary team asked me for a guesstimate of travel sponsorship for
DebConf infra team.

If you see yourself applying for _travel_ sponsorship based on your
infrastructure team work, please let Stefano and me know; off-list or
on-list. If in doubt, please default to telling us so we can plan
better.

Please note that is applies to _travel_ sponsorship only. Food &
accommodation sponsorship is coming out of the normal budget and is
granted far more easily.
