I don't think that is feasible for a couple of hundred people. I know
that I would not listen after the 20th person. We should have an
electronic tool for that.
In in ideal world, that data ("interest and knowledge topics") would be
collected with registration (so that a broad subset of participants
actually delivers that data), with the data being searchable and
available for other participants. I know that it's too late for that for
Debconf Brest, but maybe it would be an idea for the future¹.
