Clean the Hacklab SOW

I am writing to propose a potential framework for drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) for volunteer roles at DebConf. By outlining clear goals, timelines, and deliverables, we can enhance the efficiency and impact of volunteer contributions.

I have attached a sample SOW/audit checklist for the Hacklab cleanup task as a starting point. This document incorporates SMART goals to provide a measurable and achievable structure for volunteer assignments.

Please note that this is just a preliminary example, created with the assistance of AI tools to offer a potential solution. The aim is to address the issue of unclear volunteer opportunities and provide a reference for structuring tasks.
