Questions about paragliding, laundry, power plug and cash

I'm anxious for DebConf, to see you all and I'm packing my things \o/

* Paragliding

I was thinking about taking my paragliding equipment with me, I saw
there are some places I can go to fly. I tried to contact local
companies to ask for more information but I got no reply.
I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any legal thing I should
worry about.

* Laundry
Is there a place to do laundry at the university or near-by?

* Power plug adapter
Is the standard the same used in UK (from what I saw in pictures) ?

* Cash
I suppose it is good to have some South Korean won KRW cash right? Or
is it so common to pay things by credit card and/or contactless
payment that I won't need cash?

I couldn't buy South Korean won in time, so I was wondering if anyone
could exchange with me and I can transfer by Wise. Or if anyone would
recommend me bringing US dollars or EUR so I can exchange in the
airport maybe?
