I do not know if you are allowed to speak without being there, since it will probably be a in-person meeting, like it was with the recent DebConf BOF but I endorse a Japan host. I was going to go to IRC and comment on the Etherpad (Which is a collaborative
note-takiing platform where people from online/outside of the conference can comment) to suggest somewhere in North America, but I was also thanking Japan. I endorse a Japan host!
Anyways - be on the etherpad and the IRC channel tomorrow. That's all I can speak for.
