Are these physical SIM cards or e-SIM?

I am also considering the airalo e-SIMs. Can somebody confirm those 
work in Kosovo? Especially the global e-SIM, which will also cover 
North Macedonia (and most of the planet) for the same price as 
a Kosovo-regional one.
