[Debconf-discuss] DebConf18 in your city! Meet end-of-year bid deadline
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
It's the time of the year again that we're investigating options where to

invite you to submit a proposal for hosting DebConf18 in your city.
You can find all the information on the DebConf wiki:
If you have any questions about what's involved, or need feedback prior to
submitting your bid, please do not hesitate to get in touch, either on the
firstname.lastname@example.org mailing list, or on the IRC channel #debconf-
team on irc.debian.org.

Organising DebConf is a lot of work, but with a bunch of other locals
dedicated to the idea, it's quite doable and a very rewarding experience,
especially once people start arriving from all over the world.
There are a lot of past DebConf organisers around to help, so you're not on
your own. But we'll need your energy and local expertise to find a venue,
accomodation, and all the other local options. Of course, we'll be able to
provide guidance all along the way.
We're looking forward to your ideas!
OdyX, for the DebConf Commitee
