Sorry, impossible. Believe me, it took me quite some trouble to get it
to 45 minutes. We can *NOT* take the full 1hr, much less extend into
lunchtime - Video team requires that time for their work.
The time, IMO, will be less than enough. But I doubt you can teach it
ll in 1hr or even in 1day. This should basically be enough to make you
go read the documentation with no fear.
