dear experts,

there are many many people here could offer the tutorial: packaging for
beginners.

since yesterday 4 people signed up as iterested. i'm sure if a workshop
would be offered, more people would attend to. not all participant are
using wiki very intenssiv. (day visitors for example)

the debconf would be the best place to lern packaging

so anybody?
