My Austrian "Bankomatkarte" (~ EC-Karte; i.e. debit card, Maestro) worked
as expected flawlessly in Zagreb airport and at a bank's ATM here in
Banja Luka next to the hotel.
(Just not with the funny ATM in the hotel lobby.)
