The current list is:

rocky bernstein - Emacs Debugger Interface rewrite
dkg - stop using passwords
luciano - documenting internal workflows in an updatable way
mako - lightning!
jameson rollins - runit
hans - putting linux on ipods
gunnar - transitioning to a strong key in debian

i'm still getting talks rolling in, so the list is changing quickly!
