[Debconf-discuss] Walk on G. Washington Bridge tonight: meet at 21:15, not 21:00

The "Sita Sings the Blues" movie screening is apparently scheduled up
to 9pm. In order to avoid conflicting with it, I propose moving the
meeting time to 9:15pm (21:15).
