My understanding of what was discussed (which is roughly documented in
wiki[1]):

1. [receiving the tickets]

You are to form a group of 4, with a leader, and receive the tickets
at the reception.  It needs to happen before close of Teviot today.

Try to catch Maulkin if you fail to do so.

2. [assembly in the morning]

You are to come and assemble in front of the Teviot, at 9:30.
