I ran into a similar problem, although this one is between two ISPs
enthusiastically trying to prevent spam.. or something. My ISP forces
all their customers to use their mail relay; apparently someone managed
to push a win32 worm through that at some point (may be a false
positive), and the relay got blacklisted. I'll try again later.
