Battery charger for Canon EOS DSLR's / videos

Hello,

1) Does anyone has a battery charger for BP-511 (EOS300D, 350D)?
I'll be staying on the first floor for some time from now.

2) Will the videos (or audio) be available for download at a later time?
I would like to watch the talks I missed.
