You will be asked to fill out the "Photo ID Shown" section in the "CAcert
Assurer" section using the ID that you will be showing to an assurer before
things start. If you give your form to an assurer without the proper photo
ID that you have put on that line it will be rejected. We need to do this to
speed up the process so we are not causing slow-downs with the keysigning.
