[Help] Debian, perl & gimp

Hello people,

  There is a non working perl, gimp script on debian website:

  * file: 
webwml/english/Pics/debbar.pl

  * error:
Bareword "REPLACE" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at
./debbar.pl line 46.
Bareword "ADD" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at ./debbar.pl line 47.
Bareword "ADD" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at ./debbar.pl line 48.
Execution of ./debbar.pl aborted due to compilation errors.
make: *** [docs.en.png] Error 255
