Room Assignment Release Candidate

After a peaceful week, with only a few comments about the previous room
assignment, I'm here issuing the Release Candidate.  Only a few changes
were made in the floors.  
But in this one, the cellar is added, and there are already 7 people
sleeping there.  Anyone else that confirms late will also be placed in the
cellar.

As I mentioned in a previous email, the cellar is a big room where you can
put your sleeping bag, but there are no private bathrooms nor any
kitchenettes.
