sorry, but you dont understand. 24h in advance is also nonsense for the 
audience. as is 48h or 72h, btw. 

Various people mentioned various plans and ideas they have on this list. Many 
of them mentioned the need of a schedule to adjust their plans to the 
schedule. 

I don't remember when the schedule for debconf4 was made public - but I think 
we should have the "final" schedule ready by debianday.
